Marinate lamb chops by rubbing salt, pepper and crushed rosemary herbs on both sides.
Peel and cut potatoes into small chunks, add melted butter, salt, pepper and crushed rosemary herbs and mix well.
Pre-heat air fryer
Place ingredients into air fryer and air fry at 200 degrees celsius for 10 minutes. Shake and flip the ingredients halfway during air frying to ensure the food is evenly cooked.
