Egg Noodles with Homemade Char Siew
Easy to make egg noodles with homemade char siew is the healthier version of the hawker noodles. Singaporeans eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's filling and yet tasty, top it up with wantons or more vegetables or roast pork.

hei bi hiam / dry shrimp chilli
Cook the vegetables in boiling water. Once vegetables turn soft and colour deepen slightly, it's good to take it out.
Boil the water, then add egg noodles, boil further for about 45 sec and remove from water.
Assemble the sauce with oyster sauce, hei bi hiam, fried garlic in oil.
Mix noodles with sauce, assemble the noodle dish with cooked vegetables and homemade char siew.
