Himalayan pink salt
▢
Black pepper

Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
▢
Wash and pat dry cauliflower
▢
Cut cauliflower into smaller florets
▢
Place cut cauliflower into food processor
▢
Grate cauliflower into rice-like sizes
▢
Peel and slice garlic
▢
Heat cooking oil in pan over medium fire
▢
Saute garlic until slightly golden brown
▢
Add cauliflower rice
▢
Stir fry for about 1.5 minutes
▢
Add seasoning - salt and pepper
▢
Cook until tender and fluffy
▢
Enjoy while warm
