Whenever someone mentioned “Parma”, what comes to mind is Parma ham (Prosciutto di Parma) and parmesan cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano cheese). Indeed, Parma, the Northern part of the region Emilia-Romagna, is well-known for its food and rich gastronomical tradition.
