This is my take on the easy to make Shepherd’s Pie Recipe uses leftover turkey and turkey broth from our Christmas festives. Topped with cheesy creamy mashed potato and baked to perfection. It was a hit at the dining table!
Curry & Stew
What to do with leftover turkey after all that Thanksgiving or Christmas feasting? This leftover curry turkey recipe is easy and quick to cook and goes well with rice, vermicelli or roti. The curry paste is made from scratch but you can use any store bought curry pastes and it works out well too.
This creamy butter chicken got to be my favourite comfort food of all times. Don’t be fooled by the spices used, it’s really easy and quick! Serve it with rice or naan and you will definitely want to make it again and again.
Nothing is more comforting than a bowl of spicy laksa with rich creamy broth full of umami flavours, aromatic herbs, thick rice noodles, taupok (tofu puffs), prawns and sambal chilli. This recipe uses my easy to make homemade laksa paste but you can also use readily available store bought paste.
This Curry Chicken recipe, cooked with homemade Thai Red Curry Paste, is so full of flavours and aromatics, it makes the perfect comfort food. We love eating it with rice or just plain roti prata. Level up the spiciness if you are up for it or make it less spicy by replacing the chillies with bell peppers.
